Dakem and Associates has broken ground on a 12,000 square foot medical office building located at 330 S. Lolo in Pahrump, Nev. Tenants included Davita, a regional kidney care specialist company, and Desert View Regional Medical Center. Completion is expected in summer 2010.

Dakem & Associates, a Las Vegas general contractor, was created by professionals with significant experience in large construction projects and draws upon that background to streamline the building processes for banks, medical offices, retail and industrial clients.
